Edmundo Lellis Filho is a distinguished legal professional and aviation specialist with over three decades of experience at the intersection of the judiciary, international law, and aeronautical safety. As a retired Judge from the Court of Justice of São Paulo (1991–2022), he brings an unparalleled “bench perspective” to private practice, offering clients deep strategic insights into procedural law and judicial decision-making.

Currently based in Lisbon and London, Edmundo specializes in International Justice and Aviation Law. He is an LL.M. candidate in International Justice at the University of London and holds active memberships in the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Law Association (ILA), and the International Chamber of Commerce of Portugal.

Beyond the courtroom, Edmundo is a Private Pilot and a certified Aviation Accident Investigator (trained by the Brazilian Air Force/CENIPA).  Edmundo Lellis Filho é um jurista de destaque e especialista no setor aeronáutico, com mais de três décadas de experiência na intersecção entre o judiciário, o direito internacional e a segurança operacional. Como Juiz de Direito aposentado do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo (1991–2022), aporta à advocacia uma “visão de bancada” inigualável, oferecendo aos clientes uma análise estratégica profunda sobre direito processual e os mecanismos de decisão judicial.

Atualmente baseado entre Lisboa e Londres, Edmundo especializa-se em Justiça Internacional e Direito Aeronáutico. É mestrando (LL.M.) em Justiça Internacional pela Universidade de Londres e membro ativo da International Bar Association (IBA), da International Law Association (ILA) e da Câmara de Comércio Internacional de Portugal.
